SnapInsta.ink respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. What is a DMCA Notice?

The DMCA provides a process for copyright owners to request removal of infringing content from websites. If you believe that content available on SnapInsta.ink infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification including:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

SnapInsta.ink will terminate the access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

SnapInsta.ink is a tool that assists users in downloading publicly available content. We do not host, store, or distribute any media files. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and use any content obtained through our service.
